Suitcase Bed and Breakfast in Hualian, Taiwan, is an excellent place for foreigners or locals to stay when vacationing in Hualian or hoping to visit Taroko Gorge. The friendly family there, husband and wife and two small kids, will gladly pick you up from the Hualian train station and take you to their house, your lodgings, some ten south in Hualian. They can assist you in renting a scooter while you are there. The rooms are immaculate and private, full immenities including towels, soap, etc. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful including egg sandwiches. Pricing is very competitive, and their lowest-cost room is the lowest in Hualian for B&B accomidations: only about 1400$ on non-holidays. They have three or four rooms to choose from. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to take a quick trip into Hualian. This advert is not paid for but merely a great recommendation as a favor to a great couple who showed us an excellent time in Hualian.
